My approach to counselling is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration. I’m here to offer a space where you can feel safe to explore what’s going on beneath the surface—without judgment or bias. At the same time, I’ll gently challenge the beliefs, rules, and expectations you’ve been carrying that might be keeping you stuck or disconnected from who you really are.

I believe growth happens when we can look at these inner patterns with both honesty and kindness. Together, we’ll explore where they come from, how they’ve protected you, and whether they’re still serving you. The goal isn’t “a better you”—it’s more flexibility, more self-understanding, and a deeper sense of alignment with what truly matters to you.

To support your growth and change, I draw from a range of frameworks, depending on what feels most helpful for you. These may include:

Cognitive and Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (CBT & REBT) – to work with unhelpful thoughts and beliefs
